Work Environment

As part of our remote workforce, you will engage with clients through video chat sessions in a fully virtual setting. Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate one-on-one video consultations with clients, providing tailored therapeutic interventions to improve their mental health.
• Encourage open dialogue, enabling clients to articulate their emotions and experiences, fostering self-awareness and personal insight.
• Advocate for clients by collaborating closely with them to identify and define their personal goals for therapy.
• Assess clients’ mental health conditions, utilizing clinical expertise to develop and implement effective, solution-based treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our digital systems while adhering to privacy and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and life transitions. Our clientele values a supportive therapeutic environment, and as a counselor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding them through their journey toward mental wellness.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Must hold a current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated experience utilizing therapeutic techniques and methodologies tailored to diverse client populations.
• Experience in a digital or telehealth environment is highly desirable.
• Strong background in client advocacy and case management is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Joining our dedicated team comes with a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year , commensurate with experience and hours worked. Our comprehensive employment package includes:
