Import Specialist

Import Specialist Customs Brokerage (Afternoon Shift) Responsible for managing the end-to-end customs clearance process, ensuring timely and compliant movement of import shipments. This role requires strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and the ability to review, validate, and process entry documentation with a high level of accuracy. This position follows an afternoon schedule to support operational coverage and shipment flow. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing import shipments from arrival through customs clearance Preparing and submitting customs entries in accordance with regulatory requirements Reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance Coordinating with internal teams, customers, and government agencies to resolve issues Monitoring shipment status and maintaining visibility through tracking and reporting tools Maintains compliance with all applicable regulations and internal standards while identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
