RESPONSIBILITIES A Day in the Life Communicate with customers, drivers, and service center staff to resolve issues. Document discrepancies, file reports, and maintain accurate records. Assist in identifying trends to improve freight handling practices. Support general clerical tasks within the operations team. Other duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS What you bring Previous experience in freight, logistics, or clerical support preferred. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Problem-solving mindset and customer service orientation. Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
