Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and pre-crisis planning, including risk assessments and positive behavior plans.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and interventions to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and timely documentation that adhere to regulatory standards.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the quality of care.

• Engage in inter-agency collaboration, serving as a liaison to state agencies and community partners.

• Establish and nurture relationships with various stakeholders to expand program visibility and secure new partnerships.

• Contribute to state-level meetings and task forces, promoting agency mission and embracing professional development opportunities.

• Assist the Clinic Director with additional duties as required to elevate client services and promote agency goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is mandatory.

• Possession of an independent LMHC license issued by the state of Washington.
