Additional Information:

\tHours: 6 hours minimum per visit
\tHourly pay rate: $75 plus
\tFrequency: 1-2visits per week
\tServices: The provider will provide full-services to pre-approved and accompanied inmates.

Requirements:

\tDoctor of Optometry (OD) degree
\tValid optometry license
