Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy or counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to gather and analyze social, personal, environmental, and health information relevant to client care.
\n
• Evaluate client needs and develop treatment plans that address identified problems within the scope of practice.
\n
• Coordinate and plan activities that foster social and emotional well-being, ensuring the implementation of evidence-based practices.
\n
• Facilitate cases involving cognitive, affective, and behavioral health, including crisis interventions and referrals to community resources.
\n
• Establish trust-based relationships with clients, promoting mutual respect and acceptance throughout the therapeutic process.
\n
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment services and adjust interventions as necessary to improve client outcomes.
\n
• Document all findings and treatment activities in client records while adhering to organizational protocols and standards.
\n
• Maintain an active caseload, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation that reflects the services provided.

• Provide individual clinical counseling sessions, adapting techniques to suit varying levels of behavioral and mental health challenges.

• Perform additional duties as assigned that align with organizational goals and personal development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Anxiety Health Network, you will serve a diverse client population facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety, substance abuse, familial issues, and grief counseling. Your expertise will be essential in developing comprehensive treatment strategies that address both immediate and long-term needs of clients, helping them achieve sustainable mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey is mandatory.
\n
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in clinical settings, providing therapeutic services to diverse populations.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience in counseling clients dealing with behavioral mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, addiction, and family dynamics.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices; background in crisis intervention is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to USD 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
