Dialogue and Campus Partner Assistant Department: Office of Belonging and Inclusion Reports To: Brooklyn Modestita, View email address on click.appcast.io Pay Rate: $15/hr Supports program development and student engagement by coordinating community conversations and building relationships with campus partners. What You Will Do Program Coordination (Community Conversations) Schedule and confirm weekly facilitators and discussion topics Ensure topics are finalized in a timely manner Campus Engagement & Partnerships Build relationships with student clubs and organizations Coordinate collaborative and co-facilitated Community Conversations Attend campus events to promote visibility and engagement Identify and share partnership opportunities with your supervisor Engagement Strategy Develop ideas to increase attendance and participation Gather informal feedback to improve programming Awareness & Outreach Programming Support heritage month and awareness-related tabling/events Collaborate with Marketing on outreach efforts Space Contribution Update and maintain the Heritage Board monthly Additional Duties Support office events and initiatives Facilitate community conversations as needed Weekly office hours as needed Assume additional responsibilities as required.
