• Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 base salary plus uncapped commission (5% of gross collected profit)

What's the job?

• Develop and execute an outside sales strategy targeting contractors, architects, engineers and construction professionals.
• Generate new business through prospecting, lead follow-up and territory development.
• Introduce specialized masonry and concrete restoration materials to key decision-makers.
• Influence project specifications through presentations, demonstrations and educational seminars.
• Manage long-term specification sales cycles and faster-moving contractor opportunities.
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and customer visits.
• Maintain customer relationships, manage pipeline activity and report sales progress.
• Expand outside sales coverage across Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan and Minnesota.

What's needed?

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience in construction, building materials or a related industry.
• Proven success generating new business and independently managing a sales territory.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence presenting to architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regionally, visit jobsites and conduct product demonstrations.
