In this remote position, the Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor will engage with clients via telehealth platforms, allowing for flexibility while maintaining high standards of care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address diverse mental health disorders.

• Promote self-reflection and teach constructive coping strategies that empower clients to manage their mental health effectively.

• Monitor clients’ perceptions of treatment efficacy and adherence to suggested therapeutic interventions.

• Document symptomology and progress over time to evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.

• Prepare and maintain accurate medical records, including detailed referral notes when necessary.

• Maintain a warm and engaging demeanor to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship that promotes healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPCC will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Access Healthcare offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, full-time employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:
