Work Environment\n

This position offers a fully remote work setting, which allows for flexibility in your schedule while ensuring you still have access to a supportive team environment. Working Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, you may be required to accommodate some adjustments to your schedule based on the needs of your patients. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Stone Point, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to meet client-specific circumstances.

• Maintain accurate, compliant, and confidential clinical records, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and other relevant standards.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate care and share insights regarding client progress.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance the quality of care delivered.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, providing essential tools for improved mental wellness.

• Remain current with the latest research and advancements in mental health to inform evidence-based practices.

Qualifications\n

Qualified candidates will possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
