IDR is seeking a Patient Experience Representative to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Brookline, MA. This role focuses on providing exceptional patient service and support within a healthcare setting, helping to enhance the overall patient experience through direct interaction and administrative tasks. The position is ideal for entry-level candidates seeking to grow their career in healthcare customer service.
Position Overview for the Patient Experience Representative:
- Manage patient check-ins, including collecting copays and scheduling appointments.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient portal messages professionally.
- Support administrative functions to ensure smooth patient flow and communication.
- Provide a welcoming environment and assist patients with their needs onsite.
- Contribute to the overall patient satisfaction and office efficiency.
Requirements for the Patient Experience Representative:
- Prior experience in healthcare or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work onsite at the Brookline location during scheduled hours.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Dependability with reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
