What We're Looking For You may be a strong fit if you: * Communicate confidently over the phone and Zoom * Are comfortable speaking with prospects and decision-makers * Know how to build rapport and earn trust quickly * Are consistent with follow-up and managing a sales pipeline * Take coaching well and can follow a proven sales process * Are comfortable working independently in a remote environment * Have the discipline to stay productive without constant supervision * Are motivated by goals, competition, and earning potential * Take ownership of your performance and results Your Background Previous sales experience is preferred, especially in: * High-ticket sales * B2B sales * Business development * Insurance or financial services * Health and wellness * SaaS or technology * Other performance-driven sales environments * History of pursuing entrepreneurial ventures A strong sales background is valuable, but we also consider candidates who communicate well, learn quickly, take direction, and know how to execute.
