About the Role
The Company is seeking an Enterprise RVP of Sales to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a master of the entire sales cycle, with a focus on identifying, qualifying, pursuing, and closing new business and upsell opportunities. This role requires the ability to work closely with a specialized Business Development Representative to book meetings, develop and optimize outbound strategies, and keep the sales pipeline full. The RVP will also be responsible for collaborating with a Solution Architect to scope out and qualify opportunities, as well as managing the customer procurement process and negotiating costs and contracts with clients. Applicants must have a minimum of 6 years of sales experience, with a specific emphasis on enterprise selling complex solutions to department leaders and executives across various areas of the health system. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overachieving in previous sales roles, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment. Experience in utilizing Salesforce for pipeline tracking and sales forecasting is essential. The role also involves attending trade shows and representing the company with the highest degree of professionalism.
