This role is primarily remote but includes responsibilities that may require attendance at our outpatient office in Frederick, Maryland. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine mental health diagnoses and create personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week, providing consistent, high-quality therapy sessions that may include individual, family, and group therapy.

• Implement continuous documentation processes, including assessments, treatment plan updates, and clinical notes, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

• Utilize innovative and creative interventions tailored to help clients meet and exceed their therapeutic goals.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders including case managers, medical personnel, families, and school staff to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings, case consultations, and training sessions to foster professional growth and team cohesion.

• Contribute to a vibrant team culture that promotes sharing insights, experiences, and encouragement among colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services cater primarily to children, adolescents, and families dealing with a variety of challenges, including behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an LMFT PA clinical license is required.
\n
• Demonstrated expertise in completing clinical documentation such as assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with clients and team members.
\n
• Strong ability to complete and submit necessary documentation promptly to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries while exhibiting stable rapport with clients.
\n
• Familiarity with a diverse client base, demonstrating an understanding of cultural dynamics and sensitivity.

• Proficiency in using Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems, with preference given to candidates with experience using Valant.
\n
• Ability to successfully pass a background check.
\n
