Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the diverse needs of clients, including crisis intervention strategies and behavioral guidelines.

• Create and implement positive behavior support plans in conjunction with interdisciplinary teams, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure the highest standard of care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring that all documentation aligns with best practices and agency policies.

• Act as a liaison between clients, local agencies, and community service systems to facilitate comprehensive support and resource allocation.

• Participate in statewide task forces and committees, representing the agency and promoting collaborative partnerships that advance mental health initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMHC will work with a diverse range of clients, including those experiencing emotional distress, substance use issues, developmental challenges, and recovery from brain injuries. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) by the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to USD 140,000 annually, reflecting the importance of your expertise and dedication. In addition to your salary, we provide:
