This remote position is housed within our community health clinic structure. Our clinic operates Monday through Saturday, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. We provide extensive support in terms of in-house credentialing, insurance participation management, and scheduling assistance. Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to determine their clinical needs.
\n
• Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans based on assessment findings, adapting interventions as needed based on ongoing evaluation.
\n
• Engaging in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment strategies, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
\n
• Documenting patient interactions and treatment plans in a timely and ethical manner, utilizing our electronic health record system efficiently.
\n
• Providing case management support to patients, liaising with external healthcare providers and community resources to facilitate comprehensive care.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to assist patients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base encompasses a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various behavioral issues. You will work with clients across different age groups, requiring a flexible and culturally competent approach. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Current licensure as either an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the State of California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a relevant setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred.

• Willingness to work between 10 and 40 therapy sessions per week, with the potential for additional hours based on client demand.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience with evidence-based treatment modalities, crisis intervention techniques, and familiarity with community resources will be considered advantageous. Further, individuals with a demonstrated ability to work within a collaborative team setting will excel in our environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
