This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving problems, driving change, and creating measurable business value. \n Accountabilities: As a Business Analyst, you will support technology projects by analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and helping teams deliver effective Microsoft 365-based solutions. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment between business goals and project execution. Analyze business needs within Microsoft 365 environments and provide recommendations that support ongoing projects, implementations, and service improvements. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of agreed solutions. Gather, document, and analyze functional requirements, user needs, workflows, and stakeholder impacts. Conduct customer interviews, workshops, and meetings with subject matter experts to collect information and create project documentation. Develop high-quality executive documentation, including business requirement documents, user guides, onboarding materials, process documentation, and operational artifacts. Create polished presentations and communication materials tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences. Support the development of standardized solutions, playbooks, and case studies to improve service offerings. Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational improvements through data analysis and technology adoption. Develop business process models, RACI matrices, UI wireframes, and functional workflows when required. Support onboarding, knowledge transfer, and adoption strategies to ensure successful implementation of solutions. Participate in RFP and RFI reviews by analyzing requirements and contributing business insights. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a strategic and analytical professional with experience supporting IT projects, managing stakeholder relationships, and translating business challenges into effective technology solutions. You should be comfortable working with Microsoft 365 environments and communicating with diverse audiences. 5+ years of experience supporting Information Technology projects, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Office 365) solutions and experience using these technologies to support projects and stakeholder communication. Experience integrating AI technologies into daily workflows to improve productivity, efficiency, and business outcomes. Ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop innovative processes, systems, and solutions. Strong understanding of business domains, user needs, and adaptive problem-solving approaches. Experience creating executive-level presentations, detailed requirements documentation, and business analysis deliverables. Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language for various audiences. Experience developing RACI matrices, process workflows, and user experience documentation. Familiarity with UI wireframes and functional workflow design. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams. Experience supporting technology adoption, onboarding, integration, and knowledge transfer initiatives. Experience participating in RFP/RFI processes is a plus. AI-900 certification is preferred. Ability to meet required security clearance eligibility requirements, including potential background investigation requirements.
