Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPC at St. Charles Counseling Services, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with primary care providers to identify and address mental health and psychosocial issues.

• Conducting comprehensive patient intakes that include diagnostic and functional evaluations to establish treatment plans.

• Delivering brief, focused therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of patients requiring mental health services.

• Advising primary care providers on patient referrals for specialty mental health services when necessary.

• Following up with clients to monitor their progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as warranted.

• Documenting patient progress and diagnostic information diligently within treatment records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 87,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
