Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused interventions with clients across various settings.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with individuals, couples, families, and support groups, promoting mental wellness and emotional growth.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records while complying with ethical and legal standards.

• Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating on treatment approaches to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to enhance therapeutic skills and stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, focusing on their unique challenges, which may include anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Holds a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Possesses an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in New Jersey.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines relevant to counseling practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for establishing rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 per year, accompanied by a generous bonus structure that allows for unlimited earning potential.
