Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, utilizing a range of evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s needs, which may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand the psychosocial needs and challenges faced by clients, allowing you to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain meticulous documentation that meets the standards set forth by state regulations and company policies, including progress notes, treatment updates, and evaluation records in a secure manner.

• Assist clients in navigating their mental health concerns, providing both short-term interventions and long-term counseling, as well as facilitating referrals to additional services when necessary.

• Respond promptly and effectively to crisis situations, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate safety planning, demonstrating your ability to handle sensitive scenarios competently.

Qualifications\n
