Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Conduct engaging therapeutic sessions that encourage peer connection and the sharing of experiences among clients.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide tailored, empathetic counseling that delves into clients’ thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, aiding them in formulating effective coping strategies.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to develop personalized and goal-focused treatment plans that cater specifically to their needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client population for this position consists of young adults aged 18 to 30 who are engaged in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Our evidence-based and holistic treatment programs are designed to provide support during critical transitions in participants’ lives, helping them navigate challenges related to mental health and fostering their personal growth.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
