Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in collaborative care with fellow healthcare professionals within our group practice to develop and implement a multidimensional approach to patient well-being.

• Provide timely virtual support and strategic guidance to families experiencing acute crises, utilizing your expertise to stabilize situations and facilitate conflict resolution through secure online communication.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalized treatment plans to address client needs. Consistently monitor and adapt these plans based on progress, ensuring effective outcomes.

• Lead individual, family, and group therapy sessions through our encrypted telehealth platform, implementing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and Psychotherapy to address a variety of mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will directly impact families and individuals experiencing a wide range of emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. By leveraging telehealth technology, you can provide crucial support to clients regardless of their location, particularly reaching underserved populations in California. Your role will include delivering care to clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and addiction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience in the mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
