This full-time, remote position specifically focuses on providing mental health support within our detox center, where you will facilitate the healing and recovery process for individuals confronting substance use challenges.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health histories, strengths, and areas for improvement.

• Provide personalized therapy options: engage clients in individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices that align with their specific conditions.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, tailored to our client population.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that set clear goals and actionable interventions to guide patient progress.

• Work collaboratively with members of the treatment team to ensure a cohesive approach to client care that addresses emotional, physical, and psychological well-being.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment to clients in acute distress, ensuring safety and developing safety plans as necessary.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions and facilitate psychoeducation classes to empower clients with skills and knowledge that support their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clients you will work with are individuals undergoing detoxification and treatment for substance abuse disorders. These clients may also present with co-occurring mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, or trauma. Your role is pivotal in leading them through their recovery, addressing both their chemical dependencies and the underlying emotional and psychological factors that contribute to their struggles.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
