This position allows for a flexible remote work setting, with a commitment to a full-time schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.

• Perform detailed assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health, effectively diagnosing issues to ensure appropriate treatment pathways.

• Create comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that cater to each client's specific therapeutic goals and challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary, responding promptly and effectively to clients in acute distress.

• Maintain accurate and thorough client records using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Connecticut, allowing for the practice of counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
