Benefits & Extras: Direct hire opportunity with long-term growth due to company expansion Structured Monday–Friday schedule with minimal travel Performance-based bonus with growth potential over time High-impact role collaborating with clinical leadership and providers Professional, team-oriented environment with ongoing learning opportunities Compensation: $62,500–$70,000 (DOE) What You’ll Be Doing: Coordinate care plans, referrals, and case management activities Handle inbound calls and schedule appropriate clinical services Verify eligibility and explain behavioral health benefits Partner with providers to ensure quality and timely care delivery Participate in utilization review and quality assurance processes Review claims for accuracy and completeness Support EAP programs and assist with urgent after-hours cases as needed What You’ll Need to be Considered: Be able to do the job as described Master’s degree in Psychology or related field Active clinical licensure (e.g., LPC, LICSW, BCBA) Experience with utilization review in a behavioral health setting High attention to detail with strong organizational discipline Ability to communicate complex clinical/benefit information clearly #J-18808-Ljbffr
