Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to support client healing and growth.

• Facilitating family therapy to address complex dynamics and communication barriers among family members.
\n
• Assessing client needs and developing personalized treatment plans targeting issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and adjustment to separation and divorce.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
\n
• Participating in team meetings and case reviews to ensure collaborative treatment approaches and share insights with colleagues.

• Providing crisis intervention and support as necessary to promote stabilization and resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of challenges. This includes but is not limited to:

• Family conflicts and communication difficulties

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
