Empower Strategies Consulting is hiring a Digital Media Buyer to spearhead dynamic digital ad campaigns across social platforms, streaming video, and connected TV, championing conservative values. This role is tailored for a data-driven professional with expertise in programmatic media buying, ready to take charge of strategic ad placements for clients advancing right-of-center political and advocacy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deploy digital ad campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, DSPs, and CTV networks.
- Oversee budget allocation, campaign pacing, and performance reporting.
- Analyze real-time data to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Partner with creative strategists and client managers to ensure seamless integration of messaging and media.
- Contribute insights during client meetings to drive campaign success

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of direct experience in programmatic media buying, including hands-on use of ad platforms and DSPs.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns and manage budgets effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising metrics and KPIs.
- Experience with conservative campaigns or PACs is a strong plus.
