Facility Services Assistant - 31197We are currently looking for a Full Time Facility Services Assistant to join our Health Facility Services Group 4 team located at the Ardmore Health Clinic working 5:00PM-2:00AM - Mo Tu We Th Fr.Summary:Performs any combination of cleaning tasks for assigned areas and facilities within the CNDH to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.ResponsibilitiesCleans assigned areaCleans and sweeps floorsCleans and sanitizes bathroomsMay empty ash traysDisposes of trashMay clean exterior areas such as parking lots and sidewalksAligns seats close to machines in gaming areasSweeps, mops, dusts, vacuums and performs basic cleaning and janitorial proceduresDusts, polishes, and cleans furniture in common areas and other areas as requestedCleans windows, doors, mirrors, glass partitions, baseboards, jambs, trim and walls, maintain sanitization of restrooms, empty and clean waste receptaclesMixes various cleaning agents and use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfacesMaintains equipment and materials used to fulfill tasks and replenish supplies and keep simple records of work performed and materials usedUses safe and sanitary work practices when cleaning facilities and using cleaning chemicalsProvides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiencyCompletes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunitiesWorks in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all typesMaintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environmentMaintains and promotes professionalismPunctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metricsAdheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standardsMaintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned areaPerforms all other duties as assignedCompetenciesEssential: Able to follow instructions, both written and oral.
