Responsibilities:

The Neuro Step Down Unit is hiring a nurse (RN) to join their dedicated team of high-performing nurses that provide exceptional patient care within their 29-bed unit. This unit is highly specialized neurology Step-Down, dedicated to the special care required for patients who are recovering from neurosurgery, or neurological injuries to include psych patients. Joint Commission-Accredited Primary Step-Down.

Work schedule: 0.9 FTE (36 hours/week)

Day Shift and Night Shift Available 12-hour Nights, 7:00pm 7:00am

12-hour Days, 7:00am - 7:00pm Non-Exempt

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Nursing or above required.
• Degree from accredited academic nursing program preferred
• Registered Nurse-NM
• State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
• BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire.
