Responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting plastic injection molding machines, ensuring the production of high-quality molded parts by managing material flow, adjusting machine parameters, identifying and resolving processing issues, and performing routine maintenance checks on equipment and molds, all while adhering to quality standards and safety protocols.
You should be proficient in:
- Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
- Injection Molding Experience
- Tool/Die/Mold Setup Experience
Machines & technologies you'll use:
- Injection Molding Machine (Toshiba, Haitian)
