Senior CRM Software Developer

Job Summary:

The Senior Software Developer specializing in CRM is responsible for designing, developing, and integrating solutions using Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure technologies. This role involves both low code and custom development to enhance CRM capabilities, focusing on customer service applications and cloud-based solutions within an Agile environment. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions using Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Develop and maintain Dataverse data models and Azure-based applications.
• Implement custom development using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
• Develop custom Web APIs, ASP.NET Core applications, and utilize Entity Framework.
• Configure and enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace and related components.
• Utilize DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, task boards, and automated deployments.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and assessments.
• Collaborate within Agile teams using methodologies such as Kanban.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high customer service standards.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Experience with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure solution design.
• Proficiency in low code and custom development on Dynamics 365.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse design and development.
• Experience with .NET, C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework.
• Familiarity with Azure SQL and cloud service models (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools including CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication skills for documentation and stakeholder interaction.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Certifications in Dynamics 365 and Azure.
• Experience developing Custom PCF controls and Server-Side templating with Liquid.
• Knowledge of Dynamics CRM Customer Service Workspace features like Agent Experience Profile and Session Templates.
• Experience with Power Apps including Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, and Canvas Apps.
