Junior Plan Document Analyst

To prepare for a career as a Plan Document Analyst, the full-time Junior Plan Document Analyst will support the preparation and auditing of plan documents, act as a liaison between departments and clients, and assist in customer service and quality assurance efforts in a 100% remote environment. Key responsibilities Supports Plan Document Specialists in the preparation and auditing of plan documents Acts as a liaison between departments, vendors, and clients to ensure collaborative progress Participates in committee meetings and provides ongoing feedback to optimize quality performance Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred Strong working understanding of Third-Party Administration Knowledge of ERISA, ACA, and other employee benefit regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills
