Work Environment\n

This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to deliver services via telehealth. The role requires an adaptable schedule; primary hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility based on client needs and appointments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments, applying solution-focused techniques to develop individualized treatment plans that align with the needs and goals of clients.

• Apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to support client progress and engagement in treatment.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in accordance with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines to ensure confidentiality and quality of care.

• Forge strong collaborative relationships with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care.

• Participate in regular staff meetings, case consultations, and peer reviews, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment pathways, and community resources, empowering them to make informed choices about their care.

• Stay informed about the latest research in mental health therapies and practices to enhance clinical skills and improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related conditions. You will play a key role in providing support to individuals who may face significant life challenges, offering them tools and strategies to enhance their mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated competency in applying evidence-based therapeutic interventions and customization of treatment plans according to individual client needs.
