Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Nulton Diagnostic & Treatment Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on initial evaluations and ongoing client progress.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to facilitate individual therapy sessions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and other relevant techniques.

• Document client progress meticulously in a secure electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations with colleagues to enhance treatment plans and share insights on patient care.

• Maintain open and empathetic communication with clients, providing support for their mental health challenges and guiding them through their healing journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
