Executive Assistant to the Superintendent

The Sebago School Department is seeking a part-time position of Executive Assistant to the Superintendent of Schools to begin on July 1, 2027. Qualifications include: some postsecondary education or equivalent experience; effective oral and written communication; ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; strong interpersonal skills; and ability to be flexible and adaptable. Available in the early evening hours for school committee meetings approximately once per month to take minutes at school committee meetings. Experience preferred, but not required. Training will be provided before the position begins. The work schedule is 7 hours/day, 2 days/week during the school year (36 weeks). Up to 21 hours over the summer as scheduled by the Superintendent. Salary and benefits to be established by the School Committee. Note: $1,200 stipend for taking minutes at school committee meetings. Position will remain open until filled.
