The role offers a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some adaptability to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments for clients, drawing on their personal backgrounds to tailor treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing systematic methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and narrative therapy, to support clients’ mental health journeys.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, offering a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings, and to foster a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, coordinating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for overall treatment effectiveness.

• Provide crisis intervention in critical situations, responding swiftly to clients in distress and implementing strategies to stabilize their condition.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and relevant community resources that can aid in their recovery.

• Maintain up-to-date and secure client documentation that aligns with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Participate in team meetings and cultural competency training sessions to enhance your understanding of best practices and foster personal and professional growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in disciplines such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT to practice in California.

• A strong understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic practices combined with cultural competence.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy, employing both traditional and innovative therapeutic methods.

• Proficient crisis intervention skills, demonstrating the ability to maintain composure under pressure.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Silver Lining Therapies offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
