The candidate will be a part of a multi-function team responsible for development and integration of test assets that support missile flight testing providing systems engineering application on hardware within our laboratory environments. The role includes tasking where the candidate would need to understand drawings, schematics, technical documents, and military standards. Performing a design of experience and execution of hardware testing includes electrical interface testings, software integration, mechanical interfaces, and environmental testing including but not limited to thermal, altitude and vibrations.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in an engineering fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in systems hardware testing, hardware development, integration and test, systems requirements Active Secret ClearanceDesired Skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams• Experience with competing Departmenf of Defense engineering company• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamicenvironment with multiple priorities and deadlines• Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex test data and provide recommendations for product design improvements• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision• Strong attention to detail, with ability to ensureaccurate and reliable test results• Experience with preparing for Test Readiness and Flight Readiness Reviews Experience with Missile systemsPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
