Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Riverview Psychotherapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to understand patients' family dynamics and individual circumstances.

• Providing therapeutic interventions for couples and families, including tailored treatment plans that address specific issues such as:

• Alcohol abuse
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse

• Conflicts among family members
\n
• Communication difficulties
\n
• Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce

\n
• Facilitating individual therapy sessions to provide personalized support and coping strategies.

• Documenting progress and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Participating in case discussions and clinical supervision to continuously enhance your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse patient population, including adults and children/adolescents who are dealing with various mental health challenges. Your work will focus on the entire family unit, enabling you to create effective strategies that nurture healing and understanding among family members. You will take pride in making a positive impact on families facing issues related to blending families, adjustment following divorce, and navigating life stressors.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
