Talent Acquisition Partner, Mid

Role Description

Acentra Health is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (Mid-level) who is a critical member of the Talent Acquisition team. The role involves collaborating with business partners and human resources to support the talent acquisition needs of the business.

• Act as the talent acquisition subject matter expert to internal and external business partners.
• Assist in identifying the best candidates to fill open positions and deliver on organizational objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders and hiring managers to understand business needs and job requirements.
• Utilize social networking sites, diversity sources, and job boards to bring a diverse and qualified slate of candidates.
• Screen, recruit, interview, and select the best candidates based on position requirements.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and promote a positive company image to potential candidates.
• Create and maintain requisitions, sourcing and interview activity, and applicant flow in HR System/Applicant Tracking System.
• Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules.
• The list of accountabilities may be expanded to include other education- and experience-related duties as deemed necessary by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Education and/or Experience
• 4+ years of related experience
• Strong oral, written communications and interpersonal skills
• Strong networking skills and ability to develop relationships and collaborate with all levels of management, external sources, and candidates
