Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality psychosocial and behavioral health services to a diverse client population using teletherapy methods.

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, documenting findings and creating actionable treatment plans.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including therapy sessions, treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes, in compliance with ethical guidelines.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate options from both traditional therapeutic approaches and alternative methodologies.

• Participate in scheduled professional development workshops and training sessions to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices.

• Facilitate remote counseling sessions for individuals, couples, families, or groups as part of a tailored therapeutic approach.

• Provide resources and referrals to community-based services that support client recovery and wellbeing.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the organization to develop integrated care strategies.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to strengthen clinical skills and ensure ethical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve cancer patients and their families, supporting them through various stages of diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship. You will address the unique psychosocial challenges faced by individuals navigating complex emotions related to their health, while also providing support to caregivers who play a crucial role in the healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Valid professional state licenses: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• No history of medical malpractice claims, as verified by a third-party background check.
\n
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Experience\n
