The Opportunity

Essa Estates is looking for a Creative Marketing & Brand Manager who can help us build brands from the ground up.

We're looking for someone who can:

Create → Film → Edit → Post → Advertise → Analyze → Grow

This role starts hands-on, but our long-term goal is for the right person to build and lead our entire marketing department.

You'll Work Across 3 Industries

• Real Estate — Properties, renovations, construction & investing
• Restaurants — Food, promotions, customer acquisition & brand development
• Community Investment — Investments, nonprofits & community initiatives

What You'll Do

Content Creation

• Film professional video & photography
• Create short-form and long-form content
• Edit Reels, TikToks, Shorts & YouTube videos
• Write scripts, hooks, captions & ad copy
• Develop creative content ideas
• Create recurring content series
• Cover properties, restaurants, projects & events

Social Media

Manage and grow:

• Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, X

You will help manage:

• Content strategy, Brand identity, Posting schedules, Creative direction, Audience engagement, Organic growth

Paid Advertising

You should have experience with:

• Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads
• Lead-generation campaigns
• Retargeting
• Ad budget management
• Creative testing
• Campaign optimization
• Analytics & conversion tracking

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience preferred
• Experience requirement can be waived for candidates with a strong portfolio and proven results
• Professional videography & photography skills
• Professional camera, lighting & audio knowledge
• Strong video-editing skills
• Creative storytelling & scriptwriting ability
• Social media management experience
• Proven paid advertising experience
• Experience managing ad budgets
• Strong understanding of analytics
• Organized & capable of managing multiple brands
• Creative, entrepreneurial & self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently
• Interested in eventually leading a team

No college degree required — show us what you can do.

BONUS: Computer Science & Technology

Not required, but a major plus if you have experience with:

• Website design/development
• Mobile app development
• Software development
• UI/UX
• AI & emerging technology
• Marketing automation
• Managing developers
• Managing software projects

Someone who understands both marketing + technology will have additional opportunities as our digital platforms grow.

Equipment

• Must initially have your own professional camera/content equipment
• Company equipment will be provided when transitioning to full-time within 1-2 months

Location & Schedule

• Dayton, Ohio
• In-person position
• Local travel required
• Monday–Friday
• Occasional weekend filming/events
• Weekend work can be swapped for a weekday when appropriate
