Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be engaged in various therapeutic activities, including:

• Conducting assessments to identify the specific needs of couples and families, guiding treatment plans effectively.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with individuals and couples, specializing in a range of issues such as relationship conflicts, grief and loss, and blended family dynamics.

• Implementing tailored therapeutic interventions to address issues like alcohol abuse, job stress, and communication difficulties.

• Collaborating with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Documenting and tracking client progress rigorously, utilizing electronic health record systems to maintain accurate records.

• Cultivating a therapeutic alliance that empowers clients to develop coping strategies and achieve their personal goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will encompass a diverse range of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families experiencing various mental health challenges. You will provide support for issues such as:

• Physical and psychological trauma.
\n
• Adjustment difficulties related to separation and divorce.
\n
• Family dynamics, including conflicts among siblings and communication issues.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
