Make a meaningful impact in education as a contract Occupational Therapist, working full time with students in grades K–12 for a dynamic school-based opportunity. This onsite position runs through early June of 2027 and offers a chance to provide essential therapy services that help students succeed academically and beyond. Key Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR) license issued by the Texas Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners (ECPTOTE)
• Experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques for a diverse range of student needs across various grade levels
• Organizational skills to manage documentation and track progress for a caseload of approximately 45–60 students

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions for students in grades K–12
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals and progress
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal setting
• Offer guidance to school staff on accommodations and strategies to improve student engagement and success in the classroom

This assignment offers a consistent full-time schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, and the opportunity to serve as a clinical leader for a varied and meaningful caseload.
