Accounts Payable Coordinator
$49.9kWe are seeking an experienced AP Coordinator to join a highly respected, specialized commercial contractor based in Jacksonville. With stellar industry standing and a highly unique internal company culture with low turnover, this is your unique opportunity to join the team! We're looking for experience in a job cost environment, full-cycle AP experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in-office Monday-Friday for 40 hours per week. salary: $49,900 - $52,000 per year

- Receive invoices by US mail and email, review and upload them to the system & job folder
- Match invoices to the purchase order, ensure accurate pricing & code invoices
- Create new vendor accounts and update existing vendor accounts
- Researching and resolve any issues regarding invoices, pricing and/or purchase orders
- Communicate with vendors, project managers and internal team members and respond to questions in a timely manner
- Obtain approvals & process invoices for payment in a timely manner
- Misc. other AP, admin or accounting duties, tasks or projects as needed
- Vendor Management (1 year of experience is required)
- AP
- Accounts Payable (1 year of experience is required)
- Matching (1 year of experience is required)
- Job Cost (1 year of experience is preferred)
- Coding/Batching (1 year of experience is required)
- SAGE (1 year of experience is preferred)
- Purchase Orders (1 year of experience is preferred)
- Years of experience: 1 year
