Right Path Wellness Center, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a full-time capacity. This remote position, conducted through a telehealth platform, allows flexibility while providing high-quality therapeutic services to adult survivors of domestic violence and related trauma. The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering ongoing, trauma-informed counseling services tailored to meet the needs of adult survivors dealing with the aftermath of abuse.

• Guiding clients through the healing process by addressing the psychological impacts of domestic violence and equipping them with effective coping strategies.
\n
• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions rooted in trauma and strength-based methodologies, enabling clients to process their experiences and foster resilience.
\n
• Providing comprehensive case management services that assist clients in achieving economic stability, including advocacy and referrals to appropriate community resources as needed.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with organizational guidelines utilizing our electronic health system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult survivors of domestic violence and related traumatic experiences. You will engage with a diverse client population who may have varying levels of trauma and recovery needs, and you will play a pivotal role in fostering their healing journey through specialized therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
\n
• A minimum of three years of experience providing counseling services in an outpatient setting, specifically catered to trauma survivors.
\n
• Strong proficiency in computer skills, including experience with word processing, email systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records.
\n
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills, enabling efficient multi-tasking in a fast-paced virtual work environment.

Preferred Experience\n

While the following experiences are preferred, they are not mandatory:

• Experience working within a telehealth framework or familiarity with remote counseling practices.

• Background in advocacy work or community outreach related to gender-based violence or mental health.
