Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to create pre-crisis and crisis management plans, behavioral guidelines, and positive behavior support plans.

• Complete all required clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.

• Regularly utilize standardized screening tools to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

• Actively participate in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Serve as a liaison to community partners and relevant service systems, connecting clients to essential resources.

• Foster open lines of communication with clients, their families, and community stakeholders to maintain an inclusive therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals facing mental health challenges, those in recovery from substance use disorders, and participants with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Your expertise will provide critical support to these populations, helping them navigate their unique circumstances and leading them toward wellness and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a relevant mental health field is required to achieve independent licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• An active and valid LMHC license in Massachusetts, or the willingness to obtain licensure funded by the organization if licensed in another state.
