Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) for speech-language pathology in schools
• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of IEP processes, progress monitoring, and state/federal regulations
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized therapy plans targeting speech, language, and communication goals
• Assess students' speech and language abilities, utilizing standardized tools and clinical observation
• Deliver direct and consultative services in group and individual settings
