Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities will encompass a range of therapeutic interventions, including:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather crucial information about clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique goals and interventions.

• Collaborating with psychotherapists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care.

• Offering crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans when necessary.

• Maintaining accurate documentation, adhering to ethical standards, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance clients' understanding and coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on patients experiencing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will engage with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, ensuring that each individual receives personalized support tailored to their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years’ experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
