Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of daily warehouse operations, ensuring systems and schedules run smoothly. Create and maintain efficient organizational systems for staging inventory, including furniture, décor, artwork, and textiles. Accurately track and update inventory using StageForce (inventory management software). Maintain and repair warehouse infrastructure as needed, coordinating with appropriate service providers (e.g., maintenance personnel, exterminators, junk removal services). Receive and inspect incoming deliveries; communicate with vendors regarding any damage or shipment issues. Assist staging team in securely packing and labeling art and décor for transport to staging locations. Direct moving crews during loading and unloading of inventory at the warehouse. Monitor and replenish warehouse and office supplies to support daily operations. Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Foster positive relationships with neighboring tenants or businesses through clear, respectful communication. Collaborate closely with Stagers and the Operations Coordinator to ensure seamless execution of projects. Qualifications Organizational Skills: Exceptionally organized; consistently completes tasks independently with efficiency and attention to detail. Proactive Problem Solver: Self-starter with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions with minimal supervision. Work Ethic: Thrives in labor-intensive, fast-paced settings; maintains productivity under pressure. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication; confident and professional when interacting with vendors, delivery personnel, and service providers in person or via email, text, or phone. Physical Capability: Able to lift 50+ pounds, navigate stairs, and remain on feet for extended periods. Technical Proficiency: Tech-savvy; proficient in Google Suite and familiar with tools like Stageforce (or similar inventory systems) and Basecamp (or comparable project management platforms). Additional Details This is a full-time in-person position, Monday–Friday.
