Position Overview : We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Administrator to join our team. This is a dynamic, multitasking role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage accounting tasks, general office administration, shipping and logistics. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
  • Handle basic accounting functions (invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, data entry, expense tracking)
  • Coordinate and facilitate shipping and receiving, including preparing shipping documents and tracking deliveries
  • Maintain office records, files, and inventory
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
  • Support management with reports and other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office administration, accounting support, or similar role
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with accounting software QuickBooks is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience with shipping/logistics processes is a plus

Educational Qualification:

 

Basic Requirement  : High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Preferred Qualifications (strong candidates):

  • Associate’s degree or diploma with some Science Classes
  • Certificate or coursework in Accounting or bookkeeping
